Why Chose Me?

As a seasoned executive communications coach I bring years of experience in providing one to one coaching for executive clients and as well as extensive experience in mentoring coaches pursuing an ICF certification.

Just as it’s important for coaches to know how to coach, I believe it’s equally important for mentor coaches to know how to mentor. I have been coaching since 2006 and providing mentoring to coaches based on the ICF competencies since 2012. As part of the faculty for Bailey Balfour, ICF-Accredited Coach Training Academy I run regular mentoring groups for coaches pursuing their ACC or PCC certification, providing specific feedback against the ICF competencies and PCC Markers.

Like coaching, mentoring requires trust and a safe space to learn and grow. Together, we’ll design a path that works for you to become the coach you want to be.
