Yet we often forget the importance of making eye contact when LISTENING to people.

And doing this in a virtual meeting is just as valuable as when speaking face to face.  While technology can sometimes make it challenging, a little effort to do this can go a long way.

It helps builds trust, shows respect and allows you to listen more effectively.
